Creativity, talent, dedication, motivation, reliability, expertise and commitment are just a few of the adjectives that describe our team of event and destination management professionals.
This orchestra of talent is directed by two individuals who have a passion for the art of DMC and expect nothing less than the best from their team. |

| Paul Uline, President and Founder | ||||

Paul was born and raised in Montreal. His love of the city, his exceptional understanding of logistics, and his flair for event management made destination management an obvious choice for a young, creative entrepreneur. In 1986, Maestro Plus opened its doors. Paul’s eye for detail, love of a challenge and interest in all things technical soon made Maestro Plus a leader in the industry. In 1994 Maestro Plus was selected as the Montreal member of the DMC Network, a North American consortium of exceptional destination management companies. Paul has served on the Board of Directors of The DMC Network and remains active in the organisation. As a strong supporter of quality control and regulation of the DMC industry, Paul is also a member of the Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME) and an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Paul is involved extensively with Tourisme Montreal and has volunteered for many projects promoting the city as well as sitting on the board and participating in the bid process for various events. Both in business and in his personal pursuits, Paul is a firm believer in the “Triple Bottom Line”. He is constantly innovating ways of integrating his business and community life and is an active supporter of local charities and volunteer organisations such as Sun Youth. |

| Dorothy Dyck, Vice President, Sales and Marketing | ||||
![]() |
Dorothy entered the world of destination management in 1991 after graduating from McGill with an M.A. in Art History. Her work experience with art galleries and design firms did little to prepare her for the challenges of destination management, but after a few months of working in the industry, Dorothy decided that this was the career for her! Dorothy joined Maestro Plus in 1993 and was recently promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing. She continues to enjoy promoting a fabulous destination and presenting creative options to groups planning their events and meetings in Montreal. While not working, Dorothy takes pleasure in family time with her husband and son, Matthew. |
