| Confirmations: | All arrangements and responsibilities Maestro Plus undertakes on your behalf are confirmed to you in writing, as well as any requested changes or modifications. |

| Supervisors: | Maestro Plus supervisors are highly qualified and have come to us from various management positions in the hospitality industry. The Maestro Plus associate who works with you during the development and planning of your project will be your principal contact during the operation of our responsibilities. They will be present throughout the mandate and will be available to you on a 24-hour basis in the days leading up to and throughout your project. |

| On-Site Staff: | Maestro Plus on-site staff are selected for their outgoing and enthusiastic manner, knowledge of Montréal, and a service-oriented attitude. Our resources include over 200 trained specialty staff such as escorts, licensed guides, hostesses and clerks. All Maestro Plus staff are fully bilingual in English and French. Staff fluent in each of the major European languages and Japanese are also available. | ||
